Main features

System features and equipment performance: It can choose manual sand spreading or automatic sand spreading by setting corresponding parameters according to different needs. If manual control is selected, the mechanical arm can be controlled to spread sand according to the "forward, backward, upward and downward" commands on the touch screen; if automatic sand spreading is selected, the corresponding parameters need to be set. In the parameters, three-dimensional sand spreading positions can be set, 20 position coordinates can be set in the XYZ direction, and the lifting height of the Z direction after each sand spreading cycle can also be set; factors such as the horizontal moving speed and starting speed of the sand outlet can be set. In the operation interface, two sand-spreading modes can be set according to the needs of the foundation soil model sample, namely the uniform sand-spreading mode and the simple obstacle-avoidance mode. In the uniform sand-spreading mode, the sand outlet spreads sand evenly over the model box along an "S-shaped" path. In the simple obstacle-avoidance mode, assuming there is a superstructure in the foundation model, the sand spreading can be set to avoid the structure during the process based on the internal dimensions of the model box and the position of the superstructure. During the sand-spreading and mold-making process, the sand box and the sand outlet move at a constant speed, and the movement is stable without any jitter. Moreover, the sand spreading can be stopped at any time, which facilitates adding sand samples and arranging sensors midway.
